Welcome to our recently built villa, located in a peaceful and easily accessible area. Thanks to its privileged position on the hills at the foot of Mount Etna - the largest active volcano in Europe - it is the perfect starting point for excursions throughout eastern Sicily. Since 2013, Mount Etna has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The influence of the volcano on the locals is strong and unique. Living alongside the volcano has shaped a relationship of love and hate, fear and respect between the inhabitants of the small mountain villages and the imposing giant. Despite the constant threats, the people of Etna will always be devoted to the fertile volcanic soil that has fed the families of farmers for millennia. This love is something that even visitors can feel once they arrive. Eastern Sicily and the Etna Park offer a blend of rare harmony and suggestion, combining the sea, archaeological sites, environmental heritage, art cities, folklore, food and wine, and crafts. With intensely bright summers, mild winters, and unique colors in the shoulder seasons, Sicily is an extraordinary destination all year round. We are a Bed and Breakfast, and after a good night's sleep in our comfortable rooms, we invite you to join us for a hearty breakfast from 8 to 10 am. You'll enjoy fresh bread, warm croissants, jams, butter, yogurt, cereals, biscuits, fruit juice, tea, milk, coffee, and of course, the excellent honey from Zafferana Etnea. During breakfast, we love to chat with our guests, offering them advice on itineraries, places to visit, and culinary specialties to try. We also have a new 10x5 swimming pool available for guests, which is open seasonally.
